Ramaz Kvatadze

GRENA

Ramaz Kvatadze is Executive Director of the Georgian Research and Educational Networking Association GRENA since 1999. From 2012
he is a Professor at the University of Georgia. He is co-author of 115 publications.

 

Ramaz graduated from the Moscow State University. In 1982 he obtained a PhD at the Moscow State University and, in 1996, a Doctor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics at the Tbilisi State University. He worked at the High Energy Physics Institute of Tbilisi State University in different positions from Research Scientist to Deputy Director responsible for research. Ramaz conducted his research in high energy physics at several world leading scientific centres in Russia, Denmark, Switzerland and France.
