Dr. Irina Mikhailava is Head of Learning and Development at GÉANT.  

Irina is driven by a belief that humans are inherently curious, and her professional vocation is to unleash their inner wonder. To achieve that she designs high-impact learning programmes, integrates digital learning tools and creates learning communities united under a common strategy that serves business. Irina is fascinated with orchestrating organisational transformation, post-merger integration and culture change with organisations. As the next big thing, she is curious to explore the role and effects of technology and flexible careers on learning and development practices.
